We have a variety of home groups led by members of our congregation. The groups meet together to discuss matters of life and faith. Each group is different – contact us if you’d like to get involved.
A nurture group is a group of 3 or 4 people commit to regularly spending time together exploring what it means to be disciples of Jesus Christ. This may be a group of friends, two couples or two families who choose to meet together. Please click here for suggested nurture group material.
We gather together to pray on Thursday mornings. We’re currently meeting via zoom – contact us for more details.
Prayer & Worship Gatherings
These mid-week evenings take place bi-monthly.
Dates are published on our What’s On page.
‘Julian’ Prayer Meeting
At 7.30pm on the first Tuesday of the month in the Chapel, we hold silent prayer meetings which last 30 minutes. The intention of this time is to provide a prayerful atmosphere for us to spend time with our Heavenly Father. We hope to re-start these meetings in September 2021, for further information please click here to contact Alan Stuart
The Thursday Club meets monthly. We run a varied programme of activities for the older generation. Although there are occasional lunches, most events are centred around a traditional afternoon tea, offering freshly prepared sandwiches and homemade cakes. New members are very welcome – if interested, please contact
Bryan Mallows or call 07884 062337
Men @ St. Marks
We have a group for the men in our church which meets throughout the year. The meetings are usually social events but there are others where we can explore aspects of the Christian faith as it relates to our everyday life. Details of all our meetings are on our Facebook page. For more information please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
