There’s plenty to get involved with at St Mark’s. Many of our regular events and gatherings are mentioned elsewhere on our website and weekly e-mail.
This page highlights additional opportunities.
Julian Prayer – Silence, Stillness, God
Tuesday 5 May | 7:00pm
Julian Prayer is a quiet, contemplative prayer gathering, rooted in the spirituality of Julian of Norwich — a 14th century English mystic who spoke deeply of God’s unconditional love and goodness. This is 30 minutes of shared silence, creating space simply to be with God, rest in his presence, and listen.
Refreshments will be available afterwards.
St Mark’s Breakfast – The Woodthorpe Top (Wetherspoons)
Saturday 2 May | 9:00am
A few from St Mark’s regularly meet for a relaxed breakfast — nothing formal, just good food and conversation.
If you’d like to join, you’d be very welcome. Just turn up.
Open Church
Every Monday in church from 10am to 12 noon
